Ma santé en prison
 In 2006 ,I  was infected with  Pneumonia brought by another inmate ,a young African American from another prison ,this young man was left to suffer and die ,but when i became extremely sick ,the prison guards denied me access to see the the Facility Dr. , [Six days later when the damages been done ,the inmate dorm population four of them around 8 p.m. left me up from my sick bed and without the officers Permission they  took me to the facility Hospital when no Dr. was available on friday night .Saturday and Sunday ,and when the unqualified  Indian Dr. ...Dr. Ramenini came to work on Monday he refused to see his patients and i was denied access to my serious medical needs  for  pneumonia  i stayed in the Clinic without seeing a Dr. and without obtaining the necessary medical attention which rendered all my toes and fingers like an interrogations Marks .
Yes ,but because I am in the Custody of the State of New York ,i have a right to reasonable and adequate medical care ,the duty to provide this care is imposed on the state by the federal and state constitutions and by the New York state legislature .the federal courts have held that if an employee or agent of the Department of Correctional Services is deliberately indifferent to your serious medical needs ,he or she has violated your Eighth Amendment right to be free from cruel and unusual punishment. see Corrections Law Section 70 imposes a duty on the Department of Correctional Services to operate its prisons with due regard for the health and safety of each prisoner in its custody . unfortunately ...the Court System regardless of what was indicated in the United States Constitutions and regardless whats the Legal System stands for ,the State and federal Courts judges disregards the rights of their citizens and intentionally continue to deprive and punish...and denied inmates plaintiffs and petitioners a fair adjudications of the legality under the law and the Constitution of the United States .
Most Courts System , are Connected with the States Attorneys General and United States Attorney General , to act on behalf of the State Officials and represents the State and Federal Governments benefits and deprives the innocents and the injured ...it is clearly understood that the legal system does not treat its citizens equally under the law......." the Legal System is Materialistic and manipulative in an open disregards for the due process and the Constitution.
 I am speaking through my own experiences while incarcerated ,  I know exactly how i was been treated ,I  am  aware of what it has been done to me , there will never be a challenge to my allegations against injustice  and violations of my human rights ,there is no evidence to prove that i have committed such a crime or i was represented by an attorney ,[I am a victim of The New York State officials Hate Crimes ....
I am exactly like those who suffered injustice in Germany ,as a second class citizen of the United States all my rights been deliberately violated ......."
The law around the world seems to be both on the right and on the wrong side of morals ,both for and against liberty ,both to increase and to diminish privacy ...sometimes i think of it as the instrument of our liberty ,the way we protect our freedoms through great charters and constitutions like the American Bill of Rights or the United Nations Declaration of Human Rights and sometimes we think of it as liberty [NEMESIS] Without justice ,the law can be more monstrous than no law at all ,by placing the Germans Gypsies ,The Polish and the Germans Jews and other unwanted people beyond the law...the Germans had persuaded themselves that those follow Germans were in strictly legal terms ,a race of outlaw ---fair game for plunder ,violations and in time, slaughter ...the Nazi Legislation that paved the way for the Holocaust was unprecedented example of law-making run amok with no respects for personal liberties ,or social justice ..
this law without justice was finally righted by justice without law ..after the war and creation of an international code of human rights in 1948 the position of the individual human being was transformed as a matter of law from being a mere object of compassion to being a subject of Rights....and those rights we are talking about still disrespected and dishonored ...because the legal Doctrine of injustice and abuse of authorized legal power dated from the time of the [Germans Nazi ] still take place in many nations around the world not to exclude the State of New York Courthouse ,Judges of the Nassau County Courthouse and their State prosecutors whose real name are [Graves Digger] The Legal System in Nassau County and its State Prosecutors made a mockery of the Criminal law when they allowed their Corrupted minds to infect the balance of justice and to deprives the poor Citizen .....
I entered prison without a health disease and left with all kind of permanent diseases ,The Legal system have robbed me of my life,liberty and property without any rights...

.when I  First was transferred from Mental institution To up State  Maximum Security Prison ,In Green Haven Correctional Facility all kind of Murderers,rapists and  other Criminals were looking at me when I entered the prison populations in ,2001 'every was trying to know what I was Convicted for...If I was a rapist or a Pedophile ,my life will be even worst,but ,I told them that I was a Serial Killer,life in prison was very Scarry and manipulative,it was very hard to survive among real criminal ,I  learned how to sleep with one eye Open and one Eye Close ,my Cell was 7'by 4"  full of litlle Insects ,1000s of Roaches and at nights I have a dozen if Visitors Mices and Rats ,I used to sleep with my nose near the Toilet ball ,Forced to Smell my own Shit from fear of losing my head while Sleeping any murderer can cut your face or even take off your head. The Food I used to eat as a Survivor was very discusting ,Dirty and  even a Dog will not eat it ..as my self ,I didn't have no family love  Or Support I suffered from the worst pain which was the pain if Starvation ,I used to Cry most of my nights from not finding a piece of Bread to calm my hunger as I was the First in the Family Gssime to end-up in prison all my brothers and Sisters Shut the Doors of love and Support on my face.,I Suffered from Hunger and From the Painful Cold ,I didn't have no  personal Cloths for the Winter and was Forced to Stay on my Cell ,,(Grave) the Cold have ruined my bones......it is extremely painful when justice is not just ,when the court System is polluted with Guilt and crimes,it is very painful when your own family turns their Backs on you ,I embraced the Struggles of fears and Starvation every day ,living in fear of the Unknown is a mental Catastroph,, you can have friendship with Criminals,or prison guards alike which mosr of prison guards are dangerous Criminals themselves who Sell Drugs,Cigarette and other Illegal stuff inside the prison System ,Drugs and Sexual Activities and male Prostitution is even worst than what you think no to exclude the rape .....the Rules of Dozens if Gangsters who attempt to Control one another ..you have the latin Kings......you have the Blood....you have the Crips...you have Ms,-13. -you have the nation if Islam ,and many other who starring on one another , in the prison Yard during recreations there is more cuting  raping ,fighting and Killing,....I was Unique ,Reading behind the lines  of danger and death ,safeguarding my life in hope to be born again from the grave of the prison Cemetey of the Most  dangerous criminals ,there is a time when I was Scarred  going to Sleep ,because lot of inmates either been tortured and killed by other inmates or by the prison guards who was under tge influence  of Drugs mojority if Red Neck prison  guards are not educated and don't even know how to write a report or a ticket ,it was a Conflict between prisoners ( snitches,) prison guards and non Snitches.... I could perceive my life of human being .a victim if a harsh and injust legal System who  view the human life as nothing less than -( modernized System of Slavery and Human exploitation .during those   Murky Days ,( I wasn't neither dead or alive ,I was.painfully Stucked in a repeated Deep Suffering between life in the dark and the Smell of everyday s death... I was exactly wired as a (Robot) I walk when I hear Walk., I stop when I hear Stop ,I turn the Light off when I hear (Count) I felt like a (Caged animal ,a prison guards have to Count us like Cows and Sheep, we wake up if we are lucky to welcome a new day and a new  life...At 5 in the morning another prison guard have to Count us to See if there is any missing Cow or a little Sheep .if a prisoner try to escape ,the entire prison is turn upside down .....we have to Stand up in the early morning Count ,at 11':a.m.Count.4 p.m Count ,and 10 p.m.Count , I  didn't have a name for the past 17 years I was nothing but a ( Number :98-A-5384' that was my name ,a name of a Slave Robot)  '..
